Ten Things: Baylor vs. Texas Tech

Baylor and Texas Tech met for the 80^th time on Saturday. Here are the ten things which stood out during the game.

1. Great new wrinkle with the throw from Blake Shapen‍ to Trestan Ebner‍ for the touchdown to get Baylor started
2. What a way to start for the defense with a turnover on the first play after getting gashed inside
3. Great momemtum swinging play by Raleigh Texada while Tech was moving the ball on offense
4. Baylor needs the defense to step up as the line is giving up too much free yardage before contact
5. This just feels like Baylor vs. Texas in 2015
6. Kansas State looked bad yesterday and Baylor looks like their legs aren’t there today
7. Why wasn’t the shot to Shapen’s head called? That was as clear as we’ve seen this year
8. Ballsy going for it on 4^th and 1 at the 10 yard line
9. Secondary is confused and it costs Baylor. Going to need someone to step up on offense and defense.
10. The calm we’re seeing from Shapen in the second half is great to see if Gerry Bohanon‍ is out for the bowl game or possible Big 12 Championship game.
11. Yep, this definately feels like the 2015 game
