Recruiting Notes: The staff reaches out to proven playmakers in the portal

I talked to Colorado transfer safety Mark Perry yesterday for the second time since he entered the portal. Brain Nance reached out to him before the Sugar Bowl to discuss details about him coming to Baylor. No offer has been extended yet but there is clearly interest on both sides as Perry told me that he would “love” to go to Baylor.

The staff still has to go through a little bit more of a process before extending an offer.
