Recruiting Notes: New wide receiver offer goes out in the 2023 class

Baylor offered Mesquite (TX) North High School wide receiver Cordale Russell‍ (6’3, 190) on February 8th. At the time he was a TCU commit but he decided to decommit just two days after the Bears offered. 

The four-star prospect has high interest in Baylor and Texas Tech following his decommitment so look for him to take visits to both along with a few other schools this spring.
