Big 12 Opponent Scout: Steve Sarkisian's Texas Longhorns

This off-season I’m going to break down the Big 12 teams, look at their Spring games and generally try to get a feel for what they’re going to look like in 2022. Well, at least for the teams I think will be competing with Baylor for the conference title. These take forever. 

Right now, what I’m trying to get a sense of is whether each team is a conference contender, middle of the pack, or bottom of the pack.
