Defending BYU — Key Players and Matchups

Welcome back. Yesterday, we took a look at some offensive keys and how Baylor will try to attack BYU’s defense. Today, we’ll be doing the same for Baylor’s defense against BYU’s offense.

Last year, the story of the game was very apparent to all who could see the game. Baylor simply dominated on the lines, both sides of the ball. BYU was similarly dominant down the field, with Gunner Romney and Puka Nacua making play after play on Baylor’s cornerbacks.
