Recruiting is the lifeblood of every college team. With the transfer portal now being an additional avenue to inject talent, recruiting from there is also paramount for success. Taking a look at the 2018 and 2019 Classes signed by Matt Rhule and staff show several deficiencies which have been supplemented by the portal and following classes.
