Opinion: Dave Aranda's Decision Wasn't Only About Performance

Another offseason is just getting started and another seismic shift on Baylor’s coaching staff under head coach Dave Aranda has already happened. On Thursday afternoon, SicEm365 broke the news that third-year Defensive Coordinator Ron Roberts had been relieved of his duties along with Safeties and Special Teams Coach Ronnie Wheat. 

The list of on-field assistant departures under Aranda who arrived at Baylor for the 2020 season is now at nine.
