Recruiting Roundup: 2019 QB situation

Baylor has extended offers to four quarterbacks in the 2019 class and, of those four, only two remain uncommitted. We've received information in recent weeks that the two uncommitted targets, Grant Tisdale and Chris Herron, are both thought to be "close" to committing to the Bears, but, of those two, only Herron will be in Waco this coming weekend.
