Insider Notes: Practice at McLane Stadium

Hey all. Happy to be able to do one of these again. The day job has kept me from being able to go to weekday practices, but I was able to make it out for the brief media practice session at McLane this morning. Here are my brief impressions. It was nice to get my first feel for the 2023 Bears.

As always, the usual caveats apply. We are out there for 15 minutes. Some of that is stretching. Most of what we see is intro special teams work and some individual work.
