Heading into next season, junior guard Jana Van Gytenbeek will have an opportunity to play a valuable role in Baylor’s success. The Stanford transfer played in 28 games last season for Baylor averaging 13.6 minutes per game, but the offensive production was limited at 2.4PPG. 

The former high school All-American has shown flashes throughout her collegiate career, but the transition from being a star player in high school to competing at the college level can present some hurdles.

With her innate court awareness, similar to that of Christy Wallace, I expect Jana to upgrade Baylor's shot selection and her teammate's playmaking results.
