How long is the list of 2nd string, 3rd string, walk-on, and other various and sundry other first-time starting QB's that have beaten Baylor across the decades? The fact that's our history over time really changes the cause focus from individual coaches to an enduring mentality that doesn't jibe with our continual talk of excellence in every Baylor endeavor.

As an ex-football player (both offense and defense), the Baylor defense is not cohesive, they aren't working as a team. No coach should have to motivate them, they should be motivating themselves and make a gut check.
You can't blame the coach when the players aren't performing as they should.
