IRVING, Texas – The Big 12 Conference released its 18-game format of league contests on Tuesday. The Baylor women’s basketball team is set to open conference play on the road at Texas (Dec. 30) before hosting TCU in its Foster Pavilion opener on Jan. 3.
The Bears will remain home to take on Houston (Jan. 6) before hitting the road for a pair of contests at Kansas (Jan. 10) and Iowa State (Jan. 13). Baylor will have a quick turnaround at home between UCF (Jan. 20) and Kansas State (Jan. 22) before closing out the month of January at Oklahoma State on Jan. 28.
February features four contests at home for the Bears with Texas (Feb. 1), West Virginia (Feb. 10), Texas Tech (Feb. 18) and Kansas (Feb. 21) on the slate. Trips to Houston (Feb. 4), BYU (Feb. 7), West Virginia (Feb. 24) and Cincinnati (Feb. 27) conclude a busy month before Baylor hosts Oklahoma State on March 3 in the regular-season finale.
The 2024 Phillips 66 Big 12 Women's Basketball Championship is scheduled for March 7-12 at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
