TE, Jordan Feuerbacher (6-4, 271) | Kingwood (TX) Park

— Of all the players on the team, Baylor senior Jordan Feuerbacher may benefit the most of any simply because of the offensive system being put in place. Previously in an offense that turned tight ends into elite blocking tight ends, Feuerbacher will not be in a system that will utilize tight ends in both the running game and passing game.

— If you remember back to the spring game, Feuerbacher was targeted early down the seam by Zach Smith. Though his the numbers won't reflect it 100 percent, it was evident from that short scrimmage that Baylor will use the tight ends to attack the field vertically and in crucial situations, not just on "throw back" style plays.

— With the moves of Sam Tecklenburg and Josh Malin to the offensive line, Feuerbacher's importance grew even more following spring practice. The addition of former basketball player Ish Wainright could eventually prove to be an important part of the tight end scheme, but Feuerbacher should be the No. 1 target through out the season.

— As all college football players, Feuerbacher has the opportunity to earn a spot in the NFL  as a tight end. His run blocking will be strong enough to make a roster, but it will be his ability in the passing game that will set him over the top if he indeed makes it to the next level. In few opportunities, including his play in the spring game, Feuerbacher has shown reliable hands and decent run after the catch ability.

— My personal belief is that Feuerbacher is in for a big season statistically for a tight end in the Big 12. He will be a reliable target for Baylor's quarterbacks and will, on occasion, spring a big play because of being an unexpected threat early in the season.

I appreciate this series of pieces, but why not proofread them before publishing them?
