He convinced a school to pay him multiple millions of dollars for a job he wasn't ready for. He also convinced them to give him another year, which means he won't have to worry about a negotiated buyout at this time. In addition, he can't get Brenda Tracy'ed because Baylor is too scared of the fallback for firing a coach for cause.

If that isn't genius, I don't know what is.
