The spring semester is over, and the transfer portal is closed, so barring any final touches, the overall picture for Baylor Football is nearly 100% clear entering the start of summer — from personnel to staff. 

Using a casual scale of 1-10, with 10 equaling the nation’s elite and 1 equaling the nation’s worst performers, here’s where my confidence lies in the program’s phases, faces, and talent as we enter the summer months.

maybe we have an answer to NIL. Schools like Baylor get ranked by O or D and then get to pick another non Super conference unit. So, BU's offense with Tech's D will take on Ohio State. Then the O would make a bowl
