Big 12 Media Days are now in the rearview and as the summer heat has settled in, so has Baylor's roster and staff. 

Using a casual scale of 1-10, a 10 equaling the nation's elite units and 1 equaling the country's worst performers, here's where my confidence lies in the Bears' general phases, faces, and talent as we approach kickoff vs. Tarleton State in August.
