This is such an interesting shift in college sports! It's surprising to see Baylor coaches openly supporting paid players, but it also shows how much the landscape has changed with NIL deals. It's a bold move that may inspire other programs to be more transparent. It makes me think about how cool it is to be financially independent. I remember how games helped me in this. You can view more details here and also become financially stable with a great bonus. Back to Baylor, I think this could really help with recruiting and set a new tone for the future of college football.
