LUBBOCK, Texas – Baylor baseball (21-11, 5-7) will travel to Lubbock for a road series against the Texas Tech Red Raiders (9-20, 5-7) this weekend at Rip Griffin Park. First pitch on Friday is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Saturday’s contest will start at 2 p.m., and the series finale on Sunday is slated for 1 p.m. All three games will be streamed on ESPN+.

On the way to losing game one to a weak TTech team down 5-2 in the top of the 8th thanks largely to 2 errors and a dropped foul ball by our 3rd baseman and a couple of untimely walks by reliever Glatch in the bottom of the 7th. Typical.

Given that he was handed a complete dumpster fire when he initially took over, that's a bit extreme, but if this team doesn't at least sneak into the Tourney he should go into 2026 with a warm seat.
