Baylor Defensive Lineman DK Kalu To Enter Transfer Portal

Baylor rising redshirt junior defensive lineman DK Kalu plans to enter the transfer portal, according to On3’s Transfer Portal Tracker.

Kalu totaled 10 tackles this season with a career-high three tackles in Baylor’s loss to No. 21 Cincinnati on Oct. 25. He played in eight games this fall and totaled 281 snaps on the season.

Kalu played in three games in 2024, starting against Air Force; he redshirted in 2023.

He was a three-star prospect out of Ridge Point High School in Missouri City, Texas and was rated the No. 69 overall player in the Lone Star State; his father, N.D., played 11 years in the NFL.

The transfer portal window this offseason runs from Jan. 2 to Jan. 16.
