Colt Barber: So, five-year vision — where do you see the Baylor Athletics department, and what do you need to focus on now to be at your best in five years?

McNamee has his work cut out for him. This athletic department is stuck in the mud right now, and it's hard to see a pathway out.

My interest level in Baylor athletics is at an all-time low right now. Between the current college sports landscape and our general futility, the give-a-**** tank is getting harder and harder to fill.
