Baylor Soccer Announces Fall 2026 Schedule

Bears set to host ten matches at Betty Lou Mays Field

WACO, Texas – Baylor soccer unveiled its 2026 fall schedule Monday, set to play 19 matches overall with 10 home games on the Banks of the Brazos at Betty Lou Mays Field.

The Bears will get things started with a preseason game in Dallas against SMU on Aug. 8.

BU opens the regular season against a pair of SEC opponents, beginning in Fayetteville on Aug. 12 against Arkansas, before their home opener against cross-state rival Texas A&M on Aug. 16.

Baylor will stay home to host Texas State on Aug. 23, then head south to take on former Big 12 foe, Texas, in Austin on Aug. 27. To close out its August slate, action returns to Betty Lou Mays Field to host Pepperdine on Aug. 30.

The Bears open September on the road against their fourth and final SEC opponent of the regular season, LSU, on Sept. 3, before returning home to host Marquette on Sept. 10. Baylor then travels north to face Oral Roberts on Sept. 13, before turning east to open conference play at West Virginia in Morgantown on Sept. 18.

Beginning a three-game homestand on Sept. 24, BU will welcome Oklahoma State before turning its attention to Cincinnati to close out September play on Sept. 27. The Bears will then host Kansas to open their October slate on Oct. 2.

Coming off a bye, BU will head to Boulder to face Colorado on Oct. 8 before returning to Waco to host Kansas State on Oct. 11 and Big 12 rival TCU on Oct. 16.

The Bears will open a three-game road stretch by traveling to the Grand Canyon State to face Arizona State on Oct. 22 and Arizona on Oct. 25, before closing October play in Lubbock against Texas Tech on Oct. 30.

To cap off the regular season, Baylor returns to Betty Lou Mays Field to welcome Houston on Nov. 5.

The 2025 Big 12 Soccer Championship will feature eight teams this season, with host sites to be announced later. NCAA action will open on Nov. 20, and a new champion will be crowned on Dec. 13 in Cary, N.C.
