Definitely agree with what he said about offense .

This guy has tons of energy! It's worth your time to watch this. You can read the transcript, but you'll miss his intensity if you just read a transcript.

You can tell he loves coaching football.

Today? I hope he nails it for the season and gets the "interim" title removed.

Well he has a schedule that will allow him prove himself pretty quick.

He said damn and ass, so that could be a problem.

The thing that stood out to me is that he clearly thought there were things that needed to change. It seems like Dave may have been a little too technical for his liking. He wants to give the coaches and players more freedom to go make plays. Playing too tight

He definitely, in a very professional way, said some pretty major things are going to change in this transition from Dave Aranda to himself.

I heard his presser on the radio while I was out. I was really impressed.

He's very bright and articulate, but you could tell he wasn't used to being THE guy up at the microphone. He handled it very well.

First impression is I would be happy to have this personality as a head coach.

I really liked what he was emphasizing about complimentary football, something that hasn't been stressed enough. YES!!!

I'm rooting for this guy to run the table and end up being our head coach full time.

We'll have to see how the season plays out. Lots of details that have to refined. He's doing this for the first time, but I get the feeling he can handle it. He's a four dimensional thinker, at least.

Just gotta see if he can put it on paper.

I like the fact that he will kick butts when needed, players can sometimes be lazy, he is what's been missing when things start going down hill! Play hard and play fast bears and as a fan I can live with the results! Give U C F something they don't want a Hard Fought Game !

It's possible to be too minutiae focused, which puts players' heads on a swivel, overthinking, tentative. Aranda always struck me as tending in that direction himself. We'll see.

Kind of seems like that was part of the problem when he was DC. Klandy seems to have simplified things on defense a little more and allow the players to be reactive athletes.

I have to say that he absolutely nailed that press conference.

That's a great start to what is hopefully a great rest of the season.
