The Opening: Houston Regional Quarterback Notes

On a rainy Sunday in Katy, Texas, some of the best quarterbacks from Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana competed at The Opening, Houston Regional.

Grant Gunnell‍ was the highest rated quarterback in attendance and showed why with a strong arm and great footwork. The former Texas A&M commit is likely not a possibility for the Bears, but the staff continues to keep in contact. Oklahoma State and LSU appear to have the lead for his signature.
