Getting a transfer QB in the summer will create a great credibility problem with the fans, since Rhule already did it with Sanchez and we ended up with no wins from that QB, in fact we ended up with losses for those wins we should have won.

Its taken a year of implementation for the team to get settled with the offensive schemes, so how does Coach Rhule expect a QB Transfer to come in the summer and get acquainted with the offense when that transfer QB can't join spring drills without being enrolled, or be coached by coaches in the summer since that would be a violation of NCAA rules. I don't know if a transfer QB would even be ready to enter a game if Brewer were to go down in early games and Rhule wanted to wait on using Bohanans redshirt.

Someone has to be smarter than a box of rocks, and the fans are already there.
