After a full season away from the NFL, former Baylor quarterback Robert Griffin III has agreed to terms with the Baltimore Ravens.

Griffin, who won NFL Rookie of the Year in 2012 with the Washington Redskins, has been plagued with injuries and inconsistent play since his first year in the leage. In four career NFL seasons Griffin has thrown for 8,983 yards with 42 touchdowns and 26 interceptions while adding 1,670 yards and 10 touchdowns on 275 carries.

As a Bear from 2008-2011, Griffin threw for 10,366 yards and 78 touchdowns while rushing for 2,257 yards and 33 touchdowns. He won the Heisman Trophy following his junior season in 2011.

He'd really do better in Canada, but oh well...last shot.

Happy to see him back with an NFL team.
Best of luck to you, Robert.
You made Baylor proud while you were here, and I, for one, have not forgotten.

But unfortunately, he couldn't stay at Baylor, and what he's done to his ex wife and child since leaving here hasn't made us proud at all.

Sounds like you know the whole story. Or not.

Or you're just another sanctimonious d-bag, like so many that I encountered at Baylor, those people who spent their time looking at specks in their brothers' eyes while ignoring the planks in their own.

Your definition of "specks in a brother's eye" is unusual, if it includes abandoning your wife and new baby in favor of a glamorous model. Strange.

Once again, I guess you know everything that happened behind closed doors.

I went through a divorce and lost a lot of friends due to them hearing only one side of the story. Once they heard both sides, it was kind of like egg in the face. Point of the story: there are two sides to every story. What you read on social media/news may just be one side. Why don't you leave judgement to the man upstairs and wish the man well in the NFL. I don't know too many other schools that constantly crap on their only Heisman winner.

I have no idea what really went down with RG3 and his wife, but neither do any of us on this board. And guess what, it's none of our business!!

What did he do to his ex wife? Divorced her? If that's your stance, you're gonna right mad at lots of people.

RGIII did some great things for Baylor and our football program. I want to see him do well.
His personal life is just that: personal.

This.

I don't know about the other guys posting on here, maybe they are different than any other person I know, but we all are a mess at some level.

If you get real with people they know it, if you don't you can still pretend you are really good folks.
