With the smaller venue size and limited multi-event use (anything besides football), finding a new vendor will be challenging. It will be difficult to attract Delaware North and Aramark-sized companies. They depend on large volume and frequency of facility use. Oh, and alcohol sales. McLean too small for them.

Sodexo will be a massive improvement. Mods can comment further but I imagine it'll be for the Ferrell center, etc as well.
