Redshirts Progressing: Texada & Williams

With little depth across several positions Baylor was unable to redshirt many players for the 2016 season.

Two players at positions of depth are cornerback Raleigh Texada and linebacker Deonte Williams. While both have bright futures, how they entered Baylor three to four months ago is not what they are now or will become.

Frisco (TX) Centennial cornerback Raleigh Texada (5-10, 165) enrolled in June as a corner with track speed and great instincts on underneath routes.
