Baylor's progress started in the spring, fall camp not used as a refresher

In all areas of college football, if a program isn't progressing, they're losing ground. That's especially true when trying to catch up to those opponents in front of you after a 1-11 season.

Georgia head coach Kirby Smart said in his first press conference that winning games between September and January comes from the preparation in August.
