MBB: Interview With 2019 Baylor Target Oscar Tshiebwe

Oscar Tshiebwe is a 6-10 240 lb center with a polished offensive and defensive game.  He averaged 21 ppg; 12 rebounds and 2.4 blocks for ITPS in the Adidas Gauntlet circuit.  Tshiebwe will be a high impact big man to whatever program he chooses.  He has been rumored to prefer West Virginia where another Kennedy Catholic big man (Sagaba Konate) has had a lot of success.
