The Bears were no-hit through 8.2 innings before Davis Wendzel broke up the combined no-hitter. It was the first time the Bears have been one-hit at Baylor Ballpark. On Sunday, the bats woke up in a big way for the Bears, as they tied they cranked out 10 hits and tied their season-high of 18 hits in a 10-3 victory to salvage the season. Eight-of-nine in the starting lineup had hits on the day, with six having multi-hit performances. This is the final weekend series before 2019 Big XII Conference play begins, so Baylor needs to earn a series win over Cal-Poly at Baylor Ballpark. The pitching match-up favors Baylor tonight. It's the tail end of Spring Break on the Baylor campus, so attendance tonight won't be good, especially with temperatures in the 50's tonight.

It's a great day at the ballpark after the Bears take the first game of the series last night.

Through 2, BU is down 1-0, after leaving the bases loaded in the bottom of the first.

I've been to lots of baseball games in my life. I love the Baylor Bears. But our guys have picked the worst collection of walk-up music in the history of the game.

Pitching was good enough. But gotta score to win.
