Recruiting 101: What exactly are non-committable offers?

One of recruiting’s biggest mysteries is if an offer is committable or not for a player. With several factors that go into a committable offer, below we examine several of the events in which an offer is committalble or not. Several schools toss out offers like candy on Halloween, but rarely are the offers committable and we’ll look at some of those schools as well. In part two, we’ll also look at prospects Baylor appears to have moved on from in the past and this cycle.
