September 11, 2019

Previous: Offense

At the end of the first quarter, the Baylor defense had given up 2 first downs and 37 yards in total offense on 15 plays. At halftime, the Bears had given up a total of 4 first downs and 79 yards of total offense on 29 plays (2.72 yards per play). That was a pretty dominant first half. For the entire game, Baylor only allowed 102 yards passing the lowest total since allowing just 31 yards to Rice in 2016.

Overall, the Baylor defense had a very good (and improved) tackling day.
