I really liked the views mixed in of him walking the field and overlooking the river at night. If my office only had those views...

Pumped and love his personality.

Cool to hear he studied BU just recently to put the smack down on the sooners.

Have not seen a thing. I know he was making 2.5 million as a coordinator.

I am guessing he's making north of $4 mil

(I guess my thumb slipped and hit the crying emoji... I am actually happy)

Yep, personality doesn't matter as much as leadership ability and organizational skills. If Aranda has those, we're in good shape. He can always add a few rah-rah assistants to his staff to make up for his quiet, subdued demeanor.
