Recruiting Notes: Teammates Hal Presley, Jacoby Jackson provide update

Mansfield (TX) Summit wide receiver and Baylor commit Hal Presley‍ continues to prepare for his senior season of high school but also continues to stay in touch with the Baylor staff.

“Yes sir, I have been talking to the staff a little,” he said. “I am still locked in to Baylor.”

The underrated three-star prospect who committed to the Bears from offers around the country is getting ready for what he hopes to be a monster senior season.
