JJ Joe: Big12 Power Rankings

Who wins, Bears or Mountaineers?  Can Baylor get its first W in Morgantown?  Heading into week #2, how would you assess the Big12 in terms of power rankings? 

JJ Joe:  

I really hate prognosticating especially this year, when we have no idea,who will play.  If the key players are playing, I think Charlie and the offense generates enough points to steal a victory in Morgantown 31-28.
