Recruiting Notes: Disruptive LB, a stat sheet stuffing QB, and a pancaking OL in '22

Texarkana (TX) Texas High School 2022 linebacker Derrick Brown‍ has been hearing from the Baylor staff for a while.

“I talk to Coach Joey McGuire every other day,” he said. “He just wishes me good luck. I like him though.”

The 6’4, 200-pound prospect has built a good relationship with Baylor’s Associate Head Coach and McGuire might be his position coach at the next level if he ended up at Baylor.
