Up Tempo: Baylor's Second-Best Player Bracket (2010-2020)

Up Tempo is kicking off its run with a way for fans to get involved — the Baylor’s Second Best Bracket. 

This bracket features 32 of Baylor football’s best players of the last decade squaring off in a fan vote challenge to see who was the second best Bear from 2010 to 2020 — excluding RGIII since that would be totally unfair. 

Featuring everything from All-Americans from the backfield and tenured lineman and current NFL pros and defensive monsters, this challenge pits the very best that the program has offered. 

To vote, go to @UpTempo365 on Twitter and a daily poll will be released each morning that equals one point per vote OR call the show at 254-339-1122 with your vote for a vote worth 10 points.

No Xavien Howard (I understand he has blossomed as a pro but he was good enough to earn a 2nd round grade by his play as a Bear). Shawn Oakman is way over seeded. Bernard way underseeded. Eddie Lackey was better than Holl.

Eddie Lackey is my favorite Bear of all time. Dude was on another level. He would lay people out and let them know about it.

Considering that Howard was the defender against TCU's last-gasp, incomplete pass on 61-58 night, that's a good correction.
