Recruiting Notes: New grad transfer offensive lineman to watch

Katy (TX) Morton Ranch High School 2023 defensive lineman David Hicks‍ earned his Baylor offer last week.

“I’m excited,” he said. “Coach (Shawn) Bell called me.”

Hicks had been on campus for summer camps so he already knows a little bit about Baylor and the staff.

“Coach Shawn Bell said he knows I have came to the campus before for camps and he wants to offer me a full ride scholarship,” he said.
