You know I would not be opposed to bringing in someone for 4-5 years with Nina as assistant and then if she demonstrates through her recruiting gets and game prep she can handle the job give her the HC Job.

Did she say (at least twice), "Baylor is my alumni"? She is an alumna (the female version of alumnus) and Baylor is her alma mater.
