Executive
Owner
Since teaming up with fellow owners Ashley and Brian in 2011 as a part-time employee, Colt has climbed the ranks and currently handles publishing as well as the day-to-day functions of SicEm365. While also a creator of content in the football and football recruiting areas, Colt spends a large portion of his time focusing on the growth of the site as well as in-house marketing and advertising.
Owner
One of the original owners of the publication that started in 2011, Brian has been involved in the industry dating back nearly 20 years including as a co-owner of BearScoop.com. Now focused primarily on football coverage, Brian also spends time helping with recruiting and interacting and driving community on the website's forums while also providing valuable insider information.

The head of finance behind the scenes, you won't see a basketball conversation or news breaking without the involvement of Ashley. A driving force of the site's growth and vision, Ashley has been involved in the Baylor community for many years and his connections to the athletic program provide great insight to everyday conversation on SicEm365.

Co-Managing Editor | Recruiting Analyst
Grayson was the first full-time employee hired by SicEm365 in the spring of 2018 after graduating from Baylor in 2016 and then receiving a Master’s in sport management at the University of Texas in 2018. Grayson is a co-host of The Bear Cast, SicEm365's lead recruiting analyst, and a does a lot of the day-to-day editing as Co-Managing Editor.
Co-Managing Editor | Creative Director
After starting as an intern in 2020, Jack came on full-time after graduating from Baylor in 2021. Jack has grown from being an associate producer of SicEm365 Radio to writing for Soccer and Men's Basketball and taking care of a lot of day-to-day editing and operations. Jack is also the in-house photographer and the lead on Views from the Brazos.
Lead Football & Baseball Writer
Levi is a December of 2023 graduate of Baylor University with a degree in Journalism. He joined the SicEm365 team as a baseball writer in the spring of 2022 and has since helped cover football and run the 365 Sports and SicEm365 social media accounts while taking our Baseball coverage to a new level.
Associate Producer, YouTube Manager
Emory is December 2023 graduate of Baylor University. He joined the 365 Sports team in January of 2022 and has helped run 365 Sports youtube channel along with assisting in production for Sicem365 and 365 Sports.
SicEm365 Radio Host
David has been honored as a TV reporter and anchor and radio play-by-play broadcaster by the Associated Press. “Smoaky” is the owner of one of the longest running websites in Texas, Smoaky.com. A member of the Texas Sports Hall of Fame and Texas High School Football Hall of Fame ballot committee and has a vote for the Heisman Trophy and Biletnikoff Awards. Inducted into the East Texas Coaches Association Hall of Honor and a member of the Football Writer’s Association of America, Pro Football Writer’s Association. Smoak, whose father was a Naval Academy graduate, is a graduate of both Tyler Junior College and Stephen F. Austin State University.
SicEm365 Radio Host
Paul Catalina is 2002 graduate of Florida State University. Prior to joining SicEm365 Radio in 2020, he covered Baylor and Central Texas sports for 15 years at ESPN Central Texas. He lives in Waco with his trusty dog, Woodrow, and the love of his life, Amanda.
SicEm365 Radio Host | Football Staff Writer
Craig Smoak joined the SicEm365 team on August 15, 2017 with the goal of providing an additional layer of reporting to the Baylor football team for SicEm365. In March of 2020, Craig became part of the SicEm365 Radio team that launched the first week of April. He also is a co-host of the The Bear Cast along with Grayson.
Women's Basketball Writer | Radio Producer
Garrett has been covering Baylor Athletics since 2017 and joined the SicEm365 team in 2022 following his time covering football recruiting for 247Sports. He also previously worked with Smoaky, Paul, and Craig at ESPN Central Texas. During his free time, Garrett enjoys spending time with his wife Anna and their two children Ava and Parker.
VP of Marketing
Jason joined the team in the fall of 2017 when SicEm365 merged with his online publication, BaylorFans.com. Jason, who grew BaylorFans to be the largest online Baylor community for nearly 20 years, agreed to the merger with SicEm365 with the vision of capturing an even larger audience while providing exceptional content.
