Also, on the last post I made it seems like some people had trouble with the "ID Me" verification when purchasing the tickets.

When ID sends the verification link, make sure to scroll down to the bottom and click yes. You have to scroll down.

It should have you create an account with an email and password, then will send you a confirmation email to confirm you're a real person.
