any really advanced civilization wouldn't need anything like that.

I mean, you don't hop in a weather balloon and ride the 24,963,500,000,000 miles to earth from alpha centauri....

Not much was revealed from snippets I have seen. Other than the witness who actually saw a tic tac UAP flying 15 years ago all other testimony (for example about non human biological remains in US custody) was speculation and hearsay.
