We have a 2/2 condo on 12th and Baylor Ave that has recently been updated that we will soon list on www.airbnb.com.

• Updated with stained concrete floors, new carpet in bedrooms, granite countertops, stainless kitchen appliances, new ceiling fans, new washer/dryer in unit, and MORE
• 2 Bedrooms: 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed (plus a twin blow up mattress)
• 2 Bathrooms: 1 tub/shower, 1 shower only
• Includes wifi and TV in living room (Netflix, Watch ESPN, etc)

We haven't listed it on AirBnB yet, so let me know if you need a place to stay in the coming year. We can work out pricing details. For reference, there's a condo across the street that is listed at over $300/night. It might be close to that for football weekends, but not in the "off season".

For others, it's currently under contract so we won't be leasing it anymore. Had it booked through March using Airbnb. All in less than a week and then it sold the next week.

We also have a condo in Waco that we AirBnB. 2 bed 2 bath on 7th and Austin right across from the Hippodrome (above Klassy Glass). Completely remodeled with a rooftop deck.
