Dude killed it BIGTIME. I haven't experienced anything like it in a long time. Horror recently has turned to gore and jump scares.

That is not what goes down here. This film is so well crafted. Tension and story building. With some imagery that is seared into your brain. You do not know what is comimg from the trailer. Toni Collette might just be worthy of an Oscar nod, seriously. This film got me good.

Don't take young kids like the couple behind me did.

Now it is time to go pray.

A quiet place earlier this year was also very good. Had some traditional action so to speak, but the real tension was suspense. Highly recommend that one as well.

I am a film junkie. A Quiet Place came out on my birthday, I saw it opening day!

Oldest child is now to an age he can go to an R rated flick with me. This is good as Ms Soze has no interest in anything horror or suspense.

My 12 year old son is uninterested in horror now. I'm working on it. Wife hates it.

7 year old daughter wants to watch everything, but I can't let her haha. She will be my movie buddy in the future. Just have to wait a few years.
