I'm on YTTV. Love it. Beats the hell outta cable.

Started getting serious about cutting the cord about this time last year. Long time Uverse customer. Started beating them up in November. Long story short, we are paying about $68/month now and for most of the next year for internet service as well as their next to highest cable package, along with HBO, Starz, Cinemax, etc. and a nice DVR. Took a good 6 months of calling every month to see what they could do for me. Kept getting discounts and reductions along the way. That's down from about $150/month. As long as I can get internet and all the channels I want for < $100/month, I'll probably stay. Moral of the story - be sure you beat up your current provider just to see what they will do.
