I have Xfinity/Comcast. On my iPhone I get 315 Mpbs and about the same on my Mac. Sitting right next to my Mac is an HP running Windows 10. The fastest Mpbs I can get on speedtest is about 160 Mpbs.

I realize there isn't a whale of a lot of difference but it is puzzling to me why the iPhone and Mac get such higher speeds and the less than one year old HP doesn't.

Ideas?

Apple uses metric seconds to calculate the speed. That's the difference.
