Anyone have experience with one of these? My son has Discover Bank and I was also looking at Ally Bank.

I have had good experience with Discover Bank.

Discover Bank is good for savings. Never used them for checking.

Do any of them accept suitcases full of cash, no questions asked?

We have used Schwab for years and years, always had excellent results

I wish I needed a good bank.

Would need to have at least some cash assets for that, though.

Schwab is great for international travel. They don't charge to use outside ATMs and refund any fees charged by other banks. It's one of the few banks that doesn't cost extra to bank overseas. Whenever I have a kid study abroad, I open up a joint account with them. Great way to go.
