What's the name of the operation that has finally given Waco an elite BBQ place? Have someone doing a college tour with his daughter and wants to hit up some BBQ joints when he comes through.

Red Wagon Bar-B-Que out by Homestead Heritage is supposed to be the best. I haven't made it out there yet though.
