It is a new pie bakery down town next to Hecho i. Waco. You can buy pie by the slice or whole pies. I highly recommend it for other locals, tourists including the tourists here for games.

I think it's been there at least a year. They started in Glen Rose I think. Great pies.
Ate there recently. Worst pie I've had in years. Not sure if mine was an aberration from their norm, but I kept wondering how the place will stay open.
Based on my personal experience and the crowds, I would say your's was an abberration. I don't know how on earth you got the worst pie you have had in years there.
Sounds like Grumpy went to poop peddlers instead of pie peddlers
