I didn't know that Baylor was bigger than Oregon and Wazzu.. I always assumed they were big state schools. For purely the number of eyeballs for the conference, grab the AZ schools, Washington and Oregon simply because they do have a national following, thanks to Phil Knight. It would be good for the Big 12 to have the 2 largest student populationed schools in AZ State and UCF.
